This year, Sleep Number will be returning at CES with the newest edition of their 360 smart bed. More features, such as the ability to monitor body temperature, have been added by the company. The graphite-infused foam mattress can cool or heat either side of the bed, allowing each individual to sleep at their desired temperature. A similar function may be found on the Climate360 mattress. The smart bed can also warm your feet to help you sleep.
There is a snoring detecting function, much like in the present model. To alleviate mild snoring, the bed may lift your head. Furthermore, the bed may be completely tilted to open your airway and allow you to breathe more freely while keeping your spine correctly aligned.
One of the major concepts underlying the current model is that it is meant to adapt to your changing demands. It can, for example, be elevated or lowered to assist folks who are pregnant, have an accident, or are just becoming older in getting in and out of bed.
The 360 smart bed allows you to track your sleep and receive information such as how long and well you slept. It may eventually be able to detect indicators of insomnia, sleep apnea, or cardiac events and notify the sleeper to potential problems. Over time, software upgrades should provide more features and insights.
The overhauled 360 smart bed will go on sale in 2023. The price is estimated to begin at $1,099.
Sleep Number also unveiled some smart furnishings to match the bed. Mobility aids, individual noise reduction technology, ambient lighting, and a built-in charging and storage pocket are among the features. Next year, the business will also begin shipping the furniture.
